"Wild camping" spots in a motorhome nr Glencoe
Discussion
I'll be intrigued to see if there's any suggestions for the thread on walks around Ben Nevis, but thought I'd start a new one on general spots for pulling up in the motorhome in Oct/Nov?
It's ironic really, I've driven through Glencoe umpteen times in the car and now a couple of times in Harry after my adventure in April, but I will be going up there in October / November for a week for some outdoor solitude and thought about spending a night or two in the Glen itself. Rough itinerary is
Picking up a friend in Glasgow on the Monday
Monday day / overnight - either somewhere up the side of Loch Lomond (given now it's outside the non-wild Camping period)
Tuesday day / overnight - somewhere between Bridge of Orchy & Glencoe
Weds overnight - Ballachulish in a Pod and doing some Segway and laid on outdoor activities
Thurs night - no idea
Fri night - no idea
Sat night - probably somewhere near Glasgow Airport - perhaps it should be Loch Lomond on Sat rather than Mon
Sun - drop off friend at GLA and drive southwards
Anyone with any ideas of how to fill in the blanks. I've spent a lot of time around this area visiting family but never really done much whilst I've been there. Don't want to get too carried away with doing massive amounts of mileage as it's supposed to be lots of long sleeps, outdoorsy / walking / hiking / cycling week of relaxing rather than usual thing of beasting myself driving. But did wonder about whether it would be worthwhile heading up to Loch Ness on the first night and dropping back down to Ballachulish for Weds and doing Aonarch Moor / Glencoe towards the end of the week.
Any advice much appreciated!

Chaps - thanks for the advice.
We've had a bit of a chat about it and we've decided this holiday will be all about spending time together, chilling, outdoors, walking, solitutde etc., we're just going to focus on Glencoe and head straight there from the airport and spend the week mooching either between places dotted along the Glen or spending a night or two in one place. The head of Loch Etive will definitely be one of the spots to stay at though and I suspect may well be Mon & Tues night before heading off to Ballachulish.
I'll update the thread once we get back.
