As you raise the forks, the roof of the workshop lifts. The whole thing is like Tracey Island.
Charley’s ability to think, evaluate and reason through mechanical issues leaves an arse like me speechless BG. But he can’t do as good a nosh up as me. The ‘workshop’ (it isn’t that grand really) gets so hot that raising the roof is a logical thing if you think about it.
Any idea of the sort of time frame the intake manifold & plenum will take to manufacture...?
It strikes me as the type of thing that might take 3 months...or might take a year....particularly as it`s getting into flow dynamics of the fuel into the engine....
Is the 1000hp target still on the table....and what is the probable HP on the LPG system ?

You're right, it could take months, exactly how many..? I don't have a clue. I'll keep you posted.
The target is still 1000 bhp, they'll be quaking in their boots at Bugatti thats for sure.

Thanks. I've got footage of the Rolls and the Rover bimbling up the Goodwood Hill which I really must get sorted out.

Fantastic mag this month too guys!!!
Thanks. It was a tale of disaster mind. We had a Merc 190 Cossie crash on the way to a shoot, Ed crashed at Cadwell.. hell, everything crashed. I think the Lagonda is stunning though. I'm so glad we got an early one for the shoot, and not the later ones where all the wackiness was blended out. How outrageous are they?
Those Monaros are good value too.
Al, I need to talk to someone @ PPC about offering a free set of H beam rods like these for my Volvo you did a readers cars thing on.
I have been asked by the owner of R sport Internatonal to approach yu guys. We want to offer a free set of rods to a deserving case to promote these rods in the UK, but none of you guys are doing anything noteworthy apart from Charlie and Toby.
Wanna chat?

Well I have had a MkIII Meteor like Charlie's for more years than I can remember, but I am now in the process of starting to get organised, will be going in a Ford Coupe of some discription and I suspect a piston job might be on the cards, so I might be interested if you can do anything for a 27 Ltr V12 Meteor ?

For the attention of Al Rush.
Can you tell me what connection you have with Charlie as we poped up to see Charlie about a year ago to see the Rover and engine for the first time, since seeing this thread I wondered how you know so much of whats going on, do you keep in touch with Charlie on a regular basis. I gather Charlie has inlet airflow probs is this due to the custom built inlet manifold? As I have a standard Meteor MkIII is there any measurements or help I can give ?
