At the recent Autosport Awards Charity Auction, Mercedes put up a tour of their AMG Petronas F1 facility as one of the prizes.
The winning bid was made by a certain Christian Horner who said he wanted to take about twenty people with him.![laugh](/inc/images/laugh.gif)

When I first saw the tweet, the name on the winning bid was Chrisrian Horner, not Christian, so it may not be such good trolling from the actual bloke, just one of his fans? The winning bid was made by a certain Christian Horner who said he wanted to take about twenty people with him.

People don't 'forget' but are generally quick to move on - but only if they're allowed to.
That last part really depends on the FIA and Masi or whichever donkey they put in his place. If the outrageous decision making we witnessed last year starts to repeat itself then people will absolutely remember and go through every detail of what happened last year as they draw parallels.
Maybe the best thing to hope for is that under Masi's watch last year the 'influencing' was so blatant that this year there will be an active effort to be a bit more hands off!

Even if genuine and he did win he will not be allowed to visit, apparently the small print is such that employees of other Formula 1 teams are not eligible to take this tour. The winning bid was made by a certain Christian Horner who said he wanted to take about twenty people with him.

Im sure they would be delighted if he visited. 'here is the loading bay where we load things. This is the tea room the team sit in when on a break' etc
so the latest Christian Horner s
thousery is the fact that he thinks female viewers of F1/ drive to survive only watch the sport because of the 'hot' drivers.
Of course.

What bothers me most about this is that I'm not sure that he [Christian Horner] actually believes this. He has to say this to legitimise Max and RedBull's "win". That twunt will say black is white if it's to his advantage. Zero integrity, and without getting too carried away, everything that is wrong with modern society.
