Shall we have a drinking game with the phrase 'the glitz and glamour'?

The tedious roulette wheel / James Bond type intro pieces.

Wasn't keen on the press pics and as per the other thread, I'm not actually that impressed with the never ending "we loved Senna more than you did" nonsense.

But boy doesn't the yellow Mclaren look good out on track!?

Why dont they flatten the bump after casino?
Is there pipes under there?
That would create a potential dive oportunity into the first hairpin
Yes, apparently there is a large drain under there so they can't easily flatten it out.
It's the junction to a road that goes steeply up hill, the bump is the blend between the hill road and the main road at the T Junction point.
Yes there’s a road junction there, so they can’t get rid of the ‘bump’ without it leading to road cars grounding out for the other 362 days a year. A brilliant quirk of an old-school street circuit.
I agree it's a cool quirk just a shame it's at a potential passing place.

Am amazing spectacle, but one of the worst races on the calendar. Wish this was the only street circuit, they’re rubbish for racing.

Laura Winter, Will Buxton, Lawrence Barretto and Jolyon Palmer, possibly the worst F1 commentating line up ever?

Just caught up. After Zhou's crash it's so typical for Monaco that it was leclerc who ploughed through the debris field he left...

But weather looks good, RBR struggling, all good signs for an awesome quali tomorrow smile

Jolyon is better as a commentator rather than a presenter.

I'm aware, but both cars looked uncomfortable in general around the circuit. Just not settled.

It looked and sounded like max in particular was short of confidence in the car.

Fair enough - I didn't see it just caught the tale-end of the Radio commentary ...

The fact that Max has said they will struggle around Monaco tells you he will be on Pole tomorrow.

Blimey, Hadjar nearly had a huge crash into a slower car in F2. How he reacted that quick is astonishing.

I love everything about this weekend apart from the race hehe

Love the build up, the coverage, practice, quali is the highlight.. then the race is generally dull as ditch water.
