In contrast to the lowbrow dimwiittedness Seb is going to be on Question Time next week which will be interesting to watch. He's probably the most articulate driver on the grid.

Looks tight..
The little chicane looks really clunky even from the Safety Car.
Looks absolutely horrible. It was so slow I didn't even bother to watch the whole lap.

Latifi must be really scared then….
I think more accurately you should substitute Leclerc here.

He's likely to be the most articulate person across both the QT panel and audience......in his second language too.

Perhaps best to reserve final judgement until we see an F1 car on it this evening, but first thoughts;

1. Where are the Formula E cars?
2. No character or flow to the track.

That could be rather amusing, not usually a show for sportsmen but Seb is indeed very intelligent and articulate.

Hope he’s done his research on the more esoteric aspects of that show. I wonder what might be his view on the prime minister’s birthday cake, or of Lib Dem gains in rural council elections?

He also needs to be prepared for some random audience member going off-script, with a question about private plane travel or the Aston CEO being fired.

Judging by that onboard they have managed to design a track without the son of tilka designed blind corners you have in Saudi. Maybe at F1 speeds they may be a bit blind? I expect someone with a brain worked on this one.

These walled Street circuits are incredibly tedious. Every corner looks the same, no scenery other than the same wall/fence combo around the entire track.

Not enough time on one watch to measure his lap time.

Reports on Twitter that the track surface is breaking up and needs repairing at two corners.
