Light rain, cars on slick, only dry running: I've got a bad feeling about this.

There is a big shower 5km away. Heading straight for the track should be there around 1pm!

The issue is rain can boil up or it can fade away so no one will be sure. Track could be very green!

Ahhh rain most interesting part of the race probably gone now safety car start and it out for endless laps so they can switch straight to slicks and finish race on the soft now. Vettel odds on for win.

Grojean reported in the news that a wet race may not be viable due to the night lighting causing visibility issues.

I just don't see the issue, let them race and if there is an issue they can deploy the SC very easily. I am sure Senna would have laughed his socks of at Donnington if you told him it was a SC start..

Bah. Switched on to watch the only interesting bit of the Singapore race - ie the start and it appears that the FIA have ruined that.

Pathetic.

Or as my wife just said ‘bunch of wusses’

I'm confused. Why can't they stick a set of wets on and start as usual?

To be fair, to race in the wet you'd need the world's best drivers. Oh wait.
