Do you have a work VPN that connects back to the UK?
If not then Tunnelbear is cheap and easy to configure.
Or http://cricfree.sx/sky-sports-f1-live-stream-1 is poor quality but free.

I have praised the way Merc handled last season between the two drivers and their racing philosophy, but I fear their standards are slipping.
It seems that they go to such an extreme, it is apparent that they end up doing something to redress the balance race by race to both their drivers. Also, you get the feeling that Lewis is the favoured child more often than not. Where is Toto now apologising to Nico after this? It's all sweeped under the carpet with a hand wavey answer. Whereas last race, they seemed bent over backwards to apologise to the media and anyone who asks. I feel Merc have clearly disadvantaged Nico in Q3 yesterday preventing him from getting pole. Who knows, pole yesterday might have given him the extra boost to go on and win this race.
Are you implying that Merc deliberately did something to Nico's tyres that caused him to lose performance ? I have praised the way Merc handled last season between the two drivers and their racing philosophy, but I fear their standards are slipping.

The run he did on that set was better than his final run in qualifying.
In any case, as explained above the teams are given sets of tyres, Pirelli track the tyres and will allocate them to a given driver. The team knew there was some sort of issue with the tyres, so ran them first, rather than the last Q3 run, which would seem the sensible thing to do.
I don't think they have anything to apologise for, unlike Monaco where the fk up was theirs entirely.
I think Toto & Lauda are pretty straight down the line - if Nico does the better job, he gets the praise.

To be fair to the mercedes F1 team, I gather it was in fact our reptilian overlords (a couple of whom sit on the merc board) who ordered them to do this. This is the TRUTH.I have praised the way Merc handled last season between the two drivers and their racing philosophy, but I fear their standards are slipping.

So here's the question. How many laps before Jenson manages to get past the Marussias.... I think Kimi needs to do a Rossi like he did at Laguna against Stoner and try get in and amongst the Mercs early. If they can clear a second or 2 by the time they reach the hairpin onto the back straight and don't give him a slipstream I don't think he'll have a chance unfortunately.
Hopefully the high possibility of a safety car will bunch the pack up later in the race if the Mercs get a breakaway.

It was explained by the BBC commentary team. Tyres are made into sets by Pirelli. They are then issued to the teams 'randomly'. The teams are not allowed to mix and match the individual tyres so if they find one rear tyre has a fraction larger rolling radius than the other they will classify that as such. One would assume that Merc saved the 'best' set for the final run, when there's more grip.
It didn't seem like a minor thing that made negligible difference from Rosberg's comments. It seems to me that it completely threw off his feel and the balance of the car that he asked to make last minute changes (which wasn't optimal) before the second run and IIRC they did make those changes requested which threw it even more when he had grippier rear tyres. As above really, I don't know if they chose to give Nico the suboptimal tyres for the banker lap with nefarious motives but the fact is, it made a difference in the end. Given that we don't often see Nico improve on the second run if he's on the back foot after the banker lap, I question whether it was wise to run the crappier tyres when the 'pressure' is off on the 1st run. I also question why they allowed him to make those changes to the car before the 2nd run if they knew that the balance will come back to normal with the new tyres. I see some clouded judgements being made here by Merc, perhaps allowing the drivers to dictate too much. The run he did on that set was better than his final run in qualifying.

I think Toto has reassured Rosberg that for the race they have fitted a set of tyres "matched perfect and staggered special", and that he's okay to go around the outside.westtra said:
