She missed a year as a result, and it was only the petitioning of the catholic priest, that kindly looked after her during that year, that got her access into the second year as the school's first black student.
Her first day got to the point where she spat in the dinner of the boy that was taunting her at lunch time and squared up to him. Everyone was ok after that.
Her younger brother got it worse the next year.
Thankfully, 95ish% of the world is normal.

I can imagine a mid '70s London being quite an experience, but I wasn't out of nappies in '75, so it wasn't me, guv.

The thing was, I knew by the shade of grey /white/black, which was which at the time.
Classic.And I was the same with shades of grey, but damn glad when colour came in! (Although it was initially so pixelated it wasn't much clearer on a whole-table shot!)
Merc looks less bouncy but I think there's a good chance they'll still be behind red bull and Ferrari and possible just cement the fact that they're the third fastest team.
Hope to be proven wrong as we need more teams in the mix but there's a few other teams without porpoising issues that aren't as fast as they want to be, they seem to be expecting a lot from the car with the porpoising gone. I suppose what it does mean though is that they can get on with developing the car to have a more consistent balance from that point on, hopefully that point is now.
