I'm going for nico on pole, Hamilton will try to overtake and nico will take him out ala Spain, thus winning the championship. Riccardo for the win
But that'd still leave them with a 26 point difference going into the last two races with 50 points being available, so Nico wouldn't win the championship. I want Nico to win this year so I want to see him on the top step, or at least second. That said, if Rosberg were to have his engine blow or crash out with Hamilton taking the win closing the gap to 1 point, Brazil and Abu Dhabi would be exciting races!

Sorry I meant with nico remaining on track (ala not like Spain lol!!!) I want Nico to win this year so I want to see him on the top step, or at least second. But yeh would be nice to see a rosberg dnf with Hamilton win

I dream of a Rosberg DNF. Imagine the tension and excitement if there was a one point difference going into the last race
I saw theres chatter still of another hamilton engine penalty, would be great if nicos goes pop in brazil and they both start the last race at the back of the grid with a few points between them!hairyben said:

Then Lewis would be WDC......As above, I hope (as awful as it is) for an engine failure for Nico this weekend, then we will have ourselves WDC scrap.

I dunno, what with nico being on a high after winning ADAC sports personality of the year there might be no stopping him. As above, I hope (as awful as it is) for an engine failure for Nico this weekend, then we will have ourselves WDC scrap.

Ferrari looking strong?
Their long run pace didn't look anything special and Raikkonen had a lot of graining on their preferred race tyre. I think it is more a case of Vettel getting a good lap in at the right time... I would be surprised if they still look that competitive on one lap pace after FP3 and qualifying. Bristol spark said:

Just in case you have forgotten, Mercedes have an engine mode they only need to use in qually. They also spent every lap of winter testing learning how to extract performance from Medium tyres in cold track temperatures.
So in reality, It is hard to agree that a 0.004s advantage is sufficient justify your aspiration.
Their form with tyre strategies this year could turn a strong showing into yet another utter disaster, but we can live in hope.
