Well personally I would like to see Kobayashi and Hamilton at Mercedes. I just get the hankering that Mercedes keep giving Rosberg a little, tiny weeny bit more encouragement than Hamilton.
But that being said, if the status quo is the same, (Mercedes being ahead etc) Rosberg will win the title this year, no question.

What makes you so sure of that?
I'm not a big fan of either, but I can't see Rosberg beating Hamilton over a season.
Just a hunch. I'm no Rosberg fan, in fact I think his performance last year was very poor, aside from the last few races. With the immense car advantage Merc had, to lose 2nd place in the championship at one point to Vettel is inexcusable. I'm not a big fan of either, but I can't see Rosberg beating Hamilton over a season.
Part of me thinks that the physical and mental effort of achieving the championship last year, led to the final few races being won by Rosberg. With the season being reset now, it will be the same as before - Hamilton relentless and racking up the wins, with Rosberg's late-season winning streak a distant memory.
However...
Part of me thinks that Hamilton is a racer, through and through, and championship wrapped up or not, he wouldn't just settle for second place. Which leads me to believe Rosberg has found something - maybe within himself to extract that final two-tenths he's missing, maybe a car set-up tweak that had evaded him. Something...

Is it Matt blue rather than Gloss?
Looks like it. Nice.. but not alot of change from previous design. http://planetf1.com/galleries/red-bull-2016-livery...
Haryanto gets the second Manor drive. Apparently he secured it by demonstrating that he is capable of wearing his Manor baseball cap with the correct orientation.
This leaves Pastor with v few options, assuming he receives any oil dollars....Force India remaining one of them , I think.

Can you make a Matt surface with less friction that a gloss one? Tiny margins all add up etc.
In F1 terms, it's probably not all that tiny. I was wondering about this too. Any specialists on here care to weigh in?Boundary layer stuff is beyond me but I know it's important.

There will be no PDVSA money for Pastor. Venezuela's economy is in the toilet. http://www.cityam.com/234827/venezuela-worlds-wors...This leaves Pastor with v few options, assuming he receives any oil dollars....Force India remaining one of them , I think.
