No chance of Europe for races in November. It’ll need to be a warm weather track.
Singapore might be a good one, but I thInk A-D spend a lot of money to retain it.ash73 said:
The most boring race of the year and a crap track, I almost forgot it was on.
Not a vintage year by any standards.

It flattered to deceive. Some good races early in the year.
Croft says next year will be a good one........
...if Ferrari improve, Mercedes don't and RBR get a decent engine. We might have 6 cars chasing the wins.
Until they get to grips with the Ferrari love in by the sport they will continue to suck money out of it that could go to other teams that actually embrace F1. Didn't realise just how f
ked up it is when I heard they will not deal with the media at the weekends. They should be subject to the same rules as everyone else including co-operating with the media .

But how do you possibly enforce it? Too subjective... ![](/inc/images/censored.gif)

For a start of they should give media access into the garages as all the other teams do willingly.
Ok, what happens next? Every comment from the team is a canned comment, “it’s a beautiful race we are glad to be here, the racing is magnificent”You can’t enforce access - and more importantly, you can’t enforce quality interaction with the team, which is the missing component.
I say if Ferrari want to be pricks, let 'em. They're cutting their nose off to spite their face IMO considering F1 is a marketing exercise, and all the other teams are dressing their drivers up like business cards and making them participate in all the press stuff, speaking to the press, being hospitable etc etc.
It shows a determination / desperation in Ferrari , creates a mystique about the team, adds controversy, and their performance seems to be increasing all round so I'd be happy if they kept their closed door policy.

Mercedes don't have an issue nor do Red Bull and Mercedes have just handed Ferrari their arse on a plate. Ferrari are not F1 although they would have you believe they are. Any media outlet that feels shunned by them should play them at there own game and stop reporting about them. They could still talk about the drivers of the red cars, but how about a whole race weekend where nobody says the F word, no pictures of red cars appear in any print or digital media, and no stories about the team get published. So what if Seb won the race in a red car, let's talk about Mercedes instead. At least Toto and Niki like to talk to the media, so they get the airtime. The only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about, as they say.
You won't get all the media in on it, but if enough did how long before the shareholders and sponsors got concerned about the reduced media profile of the team?

Dull...but they're at least keeping the lack of excitement and energy on track by having a Mumford and sons concert ![hehe](/inc/images/hehe.gif)
Too right, Mumford & Sons sounds like the sort of sh*te they play in an Irish bar to get you to go home while they turn the ![hehe](/inc/images/hehe.gif)
lights right up - all a bit of a fiddle (or has the fiddler quit)?

Who the hell watches this bore fest and thinks "you know what will fix this? A new logo"
Nobody, but if LH had half the talent of MS he would have slowed down and somehow found a way to stick SV into the Armco to get his team-mate 2nd place in the WDC - I would have loved that! ![laugh](/inc/images/laugh.gif)
(LH why didn't you, it's not like SV is your best mate - especially after Baku)!
Not impressed by Steve Jones - he turned up clueless and hasn't really gained much knowledge (although he did underline how much of a tw*t EJ is regarding wheel attachment) but when he has DC, MW and SW on the team he talks over them (gobby is my polite description)!
Mind you in a couple of years it won't matter anyway as it will all be Pay to View so he'll need to find alternative employment and I won't be watching F1 then, because it won't be good enough to justify the stupid price Sky will want. (I'll get the results on the web).![laugh](/inc/images/laugh.gif)
I hope you are paying attention Mr Bratches! Viewer numbers are likely to drop significantly, and I certainly wouldn't ever consider trying to get to Silverstone for F1 (especially at their prices) so attendances are only going to decrease.
It may be great to post everything live to tw*tfarce, etc., but surely that just makes people not bother with the Pay to View or physical attendance options?
