Lewis, Lando and George all did well.

Williams are very happy.

Good idea, but no.

Now all I get is "Oops, these details don’t match. Please check your booking details by logging in to your account here" with a VERIFY button

Presumably if you are successful and get a email with a windscreen notice there are also instructions on where the M40 P&R is and how to get to it?. Can anyone share that please?

Who do I sue over the damage caused by the divot in the field?

Well. I really enjoyed that!

Got about 5000 pictures to sort thru now, but A good day.

Quali was a bonus - we booked last summer, so no idea we were going to get that.

OK, I would suggest then:
Place a piece of A4 on your dash with car reg and booking ref, and state that you couldn't connect / download your pass.

Directions - for Fri/sat/sun ticket holders - get off M40 at J10 and follow directions, or set sat nav for Turweston airfield, should be well signposted.

Directions - for sun only - get off M40 at either J10 or J11, and follow directions, or set sat nav for Farthinghoe. Hinton airfield is well signposted.

I’m
After some circuit parking advice please. Where is the best circuit car park to use that I can easily get back on the A43 towards the M1. Second time now today I’ve been herded out of the circuit in the wrong direction send me on a 30 minute detour in the wrong direction. Help would be appreciated.

Park at Dadford Road, no need to book, just show up with cash. It's south of Stowe/Club and easier to get away at the end as well.

£10 for Friday:

My best mate is taking me on Sunday as an early birthday present, but while we were chatting about jabs/app/tests today he suddenly remembered he hadn't booked any parking so your post came in very handy thumbup

Not sure if this is on the website.
I’ve just been told that today the grandstands are only open to grandstand ticket holders, but you can sit in any stand you like.

Silverstone posted on Facebook at 9:30 last night saying buses were struggling due to the traffic. That’s pretty late for the Friday, seems it’s going to be chaos.

It’s not been too bad in recent years, how have they managed to cock it up!?

When I left just before 8 (and it only took about 15 mins to leave then), the crowd at the Main Stage was still huge - that was all due to stop at 9.30, so suspect that may have contributed to that time / report.

I read some of the comments under their Twitter post, people waiting upwards of 2 hours for the park and ride bus last night.

Also seemed to blindside a lot of people by stopping the park and ride at 1pm yesterday, only updated the info last minute and lots of people had to spend a lot of money on a taxi to get to the circuit.

Not sure how they've messed it up, it was so smooth before.

Our NationalExpress bus leaves at 5:30 (only time they do), which is 30 mins after the 2 hour max race time. Just stupid. Luckily we're in club, so very close, but I'd not fancy my chances to make it from stow or becketts. Also means we miss out of the buzz after the race and music.

Top tip if you can book it, the car park behind Becketts/Maggots grandstand is fantastic.

We went in 2018 (the hot year), 30 mins door to door from Northampton (via some villages) and left straight after the race, 30 minutes home and we sat in the garden with a beer watching the post race show while lighting the BBQ.

Not sure if I could plan it so well (luckily) ever again.

Hi all,

Any body have experience parking in the copse corner car park? Seen a lot of Twitter threads about the chaos leaving yesterday and rather not be stuck waiting for hours to leave in this heat!! Any advice would be welcomed.

Enjoy all!

Late quali = a significant number of people leaving at the same time.

There was also mention of the bus drivers going over hours, which is why buses were there but not going anywhere.
