Same here. I've been talking to someone from NI all week (tech support ) and had no problem understanding her.

I was surrounded by NI escapees, and used to go to the Harp Club in my youth, so any Irish accent is understandable to me.

I'm well versed with Irish accents from years spent in the army. But she's talking in a low tone with barely a pause between words and I'm having to concentrate to listen.

Anyway, just my opinion.
