Yeeeaah..I'm happy...
Where did Lewis get all that hair from?Last season he was clearly losing it and embracing the inevitable slap head, Now he's got it back,
Methinks his head has had as much of a technological change applied to it as his F1 car has..

Personally I will be disappointed if Redbull don't manage to pull it together. I don't think anyone wants to see them dominate yet another season but at the same time watching them struggle to get out of Q1 or finish a race won't be good for F1 IMO.
I have a feeling Ferrari might be a bit stronger than they have let on so far...... but if you look at the T1/T2 times the Mercs are still massively ahead.
The adult in me agrees with you but the teenage ahole that still lives somewhere in the back of my head is really looking forward to pointing and laughing if it does happen for a couple of races I have a feeling Ferrari might be a bit stronger than they have let on so far...... but if you look at the T1/T2 times the Mercs are still massively ahead.

Bet they will, of course all the teams will vote yes/no depending on their engine provider - but Jean and Bernie will give them an extension anyway. http://www.auto-motor-und-sport.de/formel-1/f1-mot...

Why do you think that? I would contend that between Ferrari, McLaren and Mercedes all teams that have ex-world champions driving there is ample competition for us not to be concerned about one team struggling. It will add interest if for some period the Red Bull car and driver combinations are not the class of the field as has been the case for four seasons. Bring it on. Be good to see how they progress away from their usual high grid positions. That being invariably pole or even 1-2 on the grid.
No doubt in my mind that Vettel has the abundance of talent, resolve and mindset attitude to be up for any challenge. The team have the backroom boys and other resources to cope with any set back. Vettel has on at least one occasion given more highly regarded drivers a start and a beating over a season.
I am probably in a huge minority here but, based on what I have seen and heard so far, I actually prefer the sight and sounds of the new formula cars. Makes a refreshing change. When driven in anger, they should be even more of a spectacle. Add some varying and unknown elements of reliability and the interest will for me be far better than the all too static and stagnant formula of the past seasons.
My one real wish is for the BBC to take F1 coverage more seriously. The current mindset of the organ's longer term decision makers appears anti-Motor Racing. More's the pity and their loss I strongly suspect. It's a sport that British expertise appears to have regular and continuing success compared with so many others shown on BBC. For this observer, British success is always good to see even if they play the 'wrong' anthems at the podium ceremony...
