You can just see what will end up happening. Vettel and Redbull will start off crap, gradually improve throughout the season and end up winning the championship because of the double points system!
Yes that would be ironic!! Can't wait for it to happen. lol
Hysterically funny, just imagine the F1 beardy's piss boiling as Newey and Red Bull chalk up yet another pair of championships despite not bothering to develop a 2014 car soon enough! biglaughbiggrinbiglaugh

Would love for this to happen. But if he doesn't win them people will say he's just an ok driver and it's just the car. If he does win it the same people will say it's down to the rules and newey if they get the car running better.

Well that's fair enough, can't have it both ways. If one gains advantage through Bernie's artifice then be prepared to die by it as well laugh

Single points on the last race will also have some bearing on the Championship ... wink

IMO Joker card would be better than double points.
A joker would be far more interesting, strategically. yes

I suspect its indelible association with It's a Knockout / Jeux sans Frontiers would be one step too far though.

What ... Who knew?

Bearing in mind bears or no bears. Those bare facts mean that such Woodland habits will have very little bearing on the Championship. Well known fact ... init.

Less than a week to go now before the 'off' .... thumbup

bbc played a trailer on the radio this morning for the new season, about they have re-written the rule book and closing with the phrase "old school racing".

I mean come on, in the old school no-one was taught that to overtake you would just have to press a button and drive past someone.
