But only if the messages are genuine. There is no proof that they are yet.
Get real. We are way past that. That was settled on Friday and again yesterday. From the horses mouth numerous times when he kept it shut after being asked if they were.

What I'm actually saying is that if you're going to hang someone, do so with the full facts not what is known to be a hand selected part of the story. Not arguing that someone is innocent merely observing that in order to find someone guilty you need the actual evidence.
An intelligent guy like you can see enough to form an opinion in those published messages though. There is no denial from CH that those messages are real. It likely wont go to a court, but if it did, there is enough evidence there to show both CH and the company are in breach, even ignoring any other evidence which may come to light. In a tribunal the judge would take into consideration the other mitigating circumstances, and that is usually reflected in the payment ordered.Anyway, i think we have both given our opinions enough on the messages content, what's the issue now is what are all the parties next move, because it cant be just brushed under the carpet now. Cue a carpet with a big bulge.
Those messages are a very carefully selected few from what would be a massive conversation. There is a lot we are not privy to. FH started working closely with CH going back to 2021.
None of those screenshots have date stamps on which, as many have eluded to with the timestamps in the notification bar, show that this was clearly pre-meditated. If you scroll back through your own WhatsApp convos (al least on Android) the date automatically appears for older messages and you have to scroll up/down to get rid of it. Might be different on iPhone.
FH is no a simp, she's worked in top level Motorsport for many years and it's a dog-eat-dog world. She's no victim here.
They both knew what they were doing, their situation has changed for whatever reason and it has now become this.

It’s different on iOS. The date appears briefly as you scroll then immediately fades away once you stop. ridds said:

No disrespect, but that changes nothing. Saving messages is something you should do when you are in a position which could lead to action against you, you need evidence to bring a claim to a tribunal, you are told to keep records if you are in a position like that.
This episode shows Redbull for what that are, they should be backing Horner to a man (even if it turns out o be true) they are hanging him out to dry, while the wife beater makes snide comments to the press, he should be banned from the Pit for that.

I'm not sure if ph would like it if we named names on this one. It's not hard to find out with a bit of online sleuthing though, although it seems the internet is being cleaned of anything official where she's mentioned.Red Bull had a video on YouTube called "race to Miami" which she featured in (very very briefly) and her name was at the top on the credits due to order of appearance. It was still viewable on YouTube yesterday, but today it's been made private from public view.

Think you will find that isn't true, at least not with some around here.... all you need is to have read a few pages on the Acas website and be ready to convict having read the case for the prosecution.Adrian W said:

Red Bull is not a single entity.Imagine Ferrari behaving like that
It's clear Red Bull is a company in turmoil with the majority shareholder now flexing his muscles at the young new pretender to the minority share.
This may well end up in one of the largest corporate spats in history.

There are more incidents than that too... dating back to Max's early days in Karting. If anyone dare overtake his son with any vigour, Jos was likely to threaten them with violence.
Yeah I saw those but just put the ones that show just how unfit that excuse for a man is to be giving interviews on the subject, he needs removing from the paddock, it just shows the double standards and hypocrisy of the sport. mjb1 said:

That's interesting. Yesterday all you had to do in Google was type "Christian horner f " and it suggested her name. now nothing. Someone is cleaning up the internet . Red Bull had a video on YouTube called "race to Miami" which she featured in (very very briefly) and her name was at the top on the credits due to order of appearance. So she either has powerful lawyers or has signed the NDA and is being removed from all Red Bull associations

This whole saga is turning F1 in to a crap version of Eastenders. Embarrassing, IMO. Lots of respect for RB lost, what sort of stshow are they managing here?
Get Horner out, ban JV, and start acting like a multinational, professional outfit.
Apparently it's the sort of st show the FIA wish to keep together and carry on, given Sulayem's private request for Max to show unity.Get Horner out, ban JV, and start acting like a multinational, professional outfit.
