what's the solution?
I think possibly taking steps to ensure that bosses did not sexually harass junior members of staff and if they do dismissing them for it. You know, the general things a reasonable employer might be expected to do....

Gut feeling is that it's only a big deal in the minds of:
a) People with an axe to grind, those that dislike Horner / RBR anyway
b) The media who always want something juicy to report on
Neither party has any leverage at all.
Media is starved of any new info, the people with an axe to grind already decided Horner was guilty weeks ago and it won't matter who says what or anything else.
Even the whole "PR storm" is something that exists as the fantasy for those who want him to get ousted without due process (which has already happened).

I think this will just die it's death. He'll ride it out and nothing will be done.
I think it mostly depends what happens with the Red Bull Racing power struggle. FH is now just a pawn in that game, and not an important one imo. It is still conceivable that Horner's plan to effectively spin off the technology/racing business fails, or that the Austrian side find something they can offer to the Thai side which is of sufficient value to switch their allegiance away from Horner. There are still quite a few scenarios like that which will result in Horner getting the boot imo.Durzel said:

It’s only a big deal in the eyes of the PA and those that object to bosses coming onto their staff. a) People with an axe to grind, those that dislike Horner / RBR anyway

If it was someone else and they admitted it was a genuine mistake, showed some humility and genuine sorrow folk might move on and forgive.

Another one who thinks it is fine for a male boss to threaten the job of a female junior who won't pleasure them sexually I see. .
This is a big deal in the mind of anyone with a sense of morality or decency.
If this was your daughter would you be so pleased?
And this is a sport that is supposed to be championing females FFS. How do think this helps?

Noticed on the race coverage over the weekend that I don’t remember seeing Horner on camera.
That is a big change in tone.
Wonder whether it was him avoiding Sky, or Sky avoiding him.
Either way, a complete shift in direction.
He was on f1tv during the race. Not seen a lot but he was fingered by me. That is a big change in tone.
