No it's not. Results don't directly reflect ability. An idiot can see that. There's no interest in discussing results, they are black and white. The interest comes in analysing what the results mean.

Donuts on the circuit when the cars are heading in to parc fermé isn't dangerous to anyone, and delights everyone who watches it. FIA might say something about it though - even if it's "no further action" just to stop people doing it every time they win.
