Why is a young, fit man being kept in?
Does seem odd compared to the immpacts they are regularly seen to walk away from. That is a fairly clear denial that there was a problem with Fernando though. Why is a young, fit man being kept in?

I think it might be bigger.
Ted suggested in his Notebook program the other day that he, and a lot of the paddock, suspect that the Merc has been brimmed with fuel during all of the testing completed thus far.REALIST123 said:

So another Mercedes whitewash of a season? Ho hum.
Looks like it, but they're not too blame. Some of the big spending teams have looked poor value for money over the past year or so. Ferrari, RBR, McLaren, to name but three.REALIST123 said:

What's wrong with Merc? Red bull had four years. Nowhere near that is it
The difference is that during Red Bull's 4 title years they only had 2 periods of domination (all of 2011 and 2nd half of 2013).And I seem to recall one year that MS took a title by just a few points from Kimi in the McLaren (2003).
