Will Steven's has been announced as one of their drivers but I was wondering who people were betting on getting the second seat, Vergne is possibly the best option available IMO but I think whoever comes up with the most cash will get the seat.

Looking like being a newbie to F1 by the sounds of things:

"We are in discussion, very detailed and very advanced discussion, with some very quick young guys," Lowdon told Reuters.

If Merhi has only signed for the "opening rounds" I can only think it's because they are waiting for Giedo van der Garde's situation to be cleared up, who else could they be waiting for? Also a huge shock that the new chairman's son has been signed as test/reserve driver
