I came across the following while walking the dogs this evening.

I couldn't find an appropriate thread to add it to, so thought I'd start my own!

There must be lots of other original "bumper sticker" type "funnies" out there, clever remarks scribbled in dust on the back of trucks, spoof adverts etc etc.

Let's see 'em! smile

HA. Nice, although gay dudes mostly have style, they'd buy a scirocco.

Re- "buy a 2cv - live forever!"

Isn't a 2cv the most likely car to spontaneously combust?

Ah, that one... Not only is it one of the most heavily used '50s 2cvs in the country, it's one of the few 375cc/9bhp ones. Slow does not begin to describe.

Don't know if this is quite what you meant but it went something like this:

Friend: you can drive on the beach, see theres other cars down there.

Me: OK.

Time to leave,

Me: You do realise all the other cars are 4x4s?

I saw this driving round the Nurburgring last summer, then I saw it parked up in an ADAC yard in Germany.

I parked up at a French service area for a break last when driving down to Spain in my TVR.
Noticed the Dutch guys Ford had broken down but within minutes there was a Peugeot being recovered and the recovery truck with the Porsche on the back turned up.
