How we all doing?

Considering the amount of magazine out there, in your own personal opinion what's the best magazine out there??

Me personally want something with a nice mix of factual and entertainment, and emphasis on new cars, not a classic car fan (regarding reading!)

I'm to old for fast car now, all those articles about mods don't interest me no more!

So your own fave? And any recommendations?? As I want to just do an online subscription! Saves me cash and I know I'm getting something to read each month guaranteed!

For me it's still Evo, but not by as large a margin as it used to be

yes

I have lost interest and cancelled my subscription. I will only buy it now if there is something decent in it. The amount of pages wasted on adverts, diesels and MPV reviews annoyed me. Saying that EVO does have an EK9 review in it this month.

Practical Performance Car seems to be my preferred mag lately.

I got terribly bored of top gear! Was thinking of subscription to EVO but might give autocar a chance considering the recommendation!

Haven't read max power in over a decade lol might be worth a retry!!

Another one for Classic and Sportscar. I have subscribed to it since 1993 and always read every copy cover to cover. Great magazine.

Max Power has been out of print for around four years. Good luck with the retry.

Classic American and Practical Classics. Autocar is dullsville and EVO is about posh watches.

Octane. But I love Performance French Car even with all the typos. Classic Car is too rich now. Retro Rides I like too. EVO if it has something good. Autocar over auto express.

None!

Really gone off car mags lately. TG too weak and tries too hard (we're mad we are), Autocar too into promoting journalists in articles over the car, Auto Express too basic and consumerist, Evo only seem to like extreme cars and Car probably the best of the lot but can be beige at times.

I much prefer reading titles such as MMM and Land Rover Owners/Land Rover Monthly even though I don't own a motorhome or a Landy. Why? The stories about journeys and adventures.
