Seeing a couple of black 911s on here has inspired me.

This was Boxing day after having transported the family around Staffordshire for Christmas

Got it even more filthy (and covered in cow st as the farmers have been out spreading and think they got more on the country roads than they did on their fields)  


Quick contactless wash (soaked in warm water and some Dodo Juice car shampoo I've got left over); let that sit and do its thing and then simply rinsed...

Strange as the rest of the car is mostly clean, but rear is getting pretty mucky. I think the shape lends itself to some sort of wake turbulence...

Yup; no matter how short a journey I do; the rear of the touring is the dirtiest of the whole car

Doesn't hep that the spray nozzle is frozen and nigh on useless until it thaws, if it thaws at all

One trip from Cardiff to cardigans worth of grime

Another black 911. This time a 993 with 144k on the odometer. I cleaned it yesterday, however it picked up some localised muck courtesy of the M4.

I was on annual leave last week so did not have the opportunity to drive anywhere, given the lockdown announcement - I return to work and within a journey, this is the state of it.

Well last year it was fantastically dirty, this year with lockdowns and the like it hasn’t got dirty, just a bit mucky.
This time last year, I couldn’t go to that location again because lockdown and it’s surrounded by flood water.

This was my effort last year and that photo was after just a few days after being cleaned. I took the opportunity while at the petrol station to clean the lights and plate but should’ve, in hindsight, taken the photo prior to cleaning those.
