First impressions are that the VTEC is more intense than I would have guessed, it absolutely rips through the revs. Also the LSD is pretty aggressive, too. Faster and torquier than I thought it would be. Really comfortable on the long motorway trip home and fun on the last twisty bit, need to learn to drive around the power band properly though.

Suspension is not great, bounces round all over the spot. Got some bits on the list already to remedy that.

Well, I'll say nowt apart from they're not gonna get any cheaper. There might be a nice one up for sale in a year or so if the owner is able to find a nice FK2.... whistle

They're so nice!

Not the right time for me but when it comes to Spring and we finally sell the wife's Racing Jazz on; the wife will take on the F31 and I'll be looking for a new 'project' car and keep looking at what Torque GT have got in...

Maybe its the time for me to relight my JDM candle! I sold my DC5 and ATR in 2009; so it's been a while...

This is lovely. I'd have it if I was in the market.

i'll chip in on this one. I bought a Euro-R through Torque GT in 2020 and thought the customer service was excellent. The car itself was on 89k at the time and was actually a customer car imported in 2018.It came with expensive goodies mostly supplied by Torque requested by the 1st UK owner,Tein coilies,Legalis exhaust,Injen intake, nice wheels and some little sundry bits.Still have the car and have changed little bar a decal makeover and fitted twin pot UK Type R front calipers to replace the rather underwhelming single pots the Euro came with.
A trip to TPW engineering and £500 later and its has been sensibly remapped to 250bhp,crossover at 4500rpm.More response, better midrange power delivery.Cant fault the car in any way to be honest, does everything brilliantly.Even in stock tune, the worry of a bigger car with low comparative torque stats doesnt actually stack up when driven. You'd have to own one to realise that. With the tune, the torque has increased a bit more too.Don't forget the Euro does share the Integra drivetrain but it comes with an RBC intake manifold from factory that the DC5 didnt get, which does give better torque as the Euro also has a different ECU setup to the Teg,to help with the extra weight of the Accord platform.Of course, the very nature of the K20 means that it is a high revving unit and that's correct, but it's not as hard work as you'd think, having a lower crossover on a good tune does improve that aspect though. Underrated and if I may say,a little misunderstood, these cars.

I have an Acura TSX 6spd here in Canada, and can only imagine how good the Euro R was (is). There’s aspects of it that I still enjoy more than my FL5 Type R, such as the gearbox feel, the narrower size, and the VTEC crossover. It’s got ~154,000 kms (96k miles) on it currently and needs a suspension refresh, but it’s been a great daily driver.
