I remember looking in a car magazine in the middle of the 90's and seeing the Koenig Testarossa, which I actually still like today. smile

But I really hanker for one of these. cloud9

The Lister XJ-S is really nice as well, I think there's a Ph'er who owns one, anybody who can point me to his name?
That's one way to wreck a decent 6 series, just looks very wrong.

Needs a couple of inches of the A-Posts and Screen, then it would look fab!

Great web site!

I still have my copy of "Extraordinary Automobiles" too. smile

I recently acquired a set of these original Lorinser wheels for my W126.

They look awesome - very rare set of alloys.

Quite a alot of the W126 examples are actually decent!

This was a 1990 special order for an arab, nobody but me (yet) likes the tan interior and two tone finish - I put the Ronal 18"wheels on to finish off the pimp mobile look, what a car for the money and goes like stink, a gt bus!!
LOVE IT! The W140 S Class is one of my all-time favourite cars.

Nothing matches it for sheer presence and oppulence.

Some of those cars actually look quite good, although ranted, most are shocking.

But I quite like the first Merc in th article and the wide race vented BMW on the first page of this thread. Tasty!

Bwahahaha! Love the cheesiness! If some lad had done that to his Saxo we'd be slating him right now. hehe

Check out the simply ridiculous amount of speakers in the back... that seat fabric is like one of those online optical illusions!

This really is an oddball - 1976 450SEL base car, but >1979 W126 swages lines/rear lights etc.

The wheels are a disaster!
