Maybe I'll ask the owner when he returns to contribute to having the indentations his tyres have left in the freshly laid tarmac repaired

AIUI, if a car is causing an obstruction or is parked dangerously on private land, it may be moved to a more appropriate location at no charge to the owner.

Hard to see from the photo, but it is parked diagonally a bit, so that it actually encroaches on two disabled spaces. Ironically, I took it from a hand control car that isn't parked in a disabled space as I don't have a blue badge. The guy did look slightly guilty as he saw me maneuvering my knackered leg into the seat...

May be we should provide a free charging point as well as free parking

The local topcat is taking an interest. May be next time he's sitting on the bonnet a little spray down the air vents will remind the owner of his stay
