Isn't the light grey the effective line between the 2 darker marked out spaces? If so, it looks like the tosser next to the 911 is well into / over that lighter line, forcing the 911 to park further over itself. Nothing wrong with the 911 imo.

But by far the best space I have found is this one:
APCOA, Eyre Street, Sheffield?Got it in one.
SWMBO has to go up there every month or two for work, so it's a good excuse to visit snake pass/other interesting peak district roads/my brother, or to find the steepest road I can...
(I'm in Norfolk so pretty much anywhere is hilly compared! The only time I see hills is if I have to go up Gas Hill in Norwich!

within 18 yards of the junction, would be my call. but not sure if it applies to roundabouts, off the top of my head.
Applies to all junctions and includes people parking opposite side-streets, back lanes - any sort of junction at all really...Which effectively means it's largely unenforceable as almost every car parked in a built-up area is too-close to a junction - if Plod were to show an interest, they'd just nick you for obstructing a junction which is much simpler I guess?
