What you can't see (lived in Purley years ago) is just before the camera vision is a large junction (with traffic lights), slight right turn (not straight like it looks) and uneven surface. I suspect they clipped kerb/traffic light just before, or ran red and swerved to avoid other car and lost control. Speed in vid looks like 40/50mph, possibly doing more than that leading up to the junction, who knows.

Add that combination to a moron driver and that's what will happen.
