Most sites give you a ticket number so same odds as a paid ticket.

The main difference with postal is if there’s 1 ticket on every comp rather than a paid approach of maxxing out on one comp.

I'm probably about £15-20k in on confirmed free entries now, the fact that I could easily have spent that just on a bunch of individual £7-10 entries a week is terrifying!

Admittedly a few good runs of £100+ entries on Elite has massively inflated that figure (I'd never for a second contemplate spending that for real) but still, quite a big industry!

Numbers are allocated so they're definitely in the draw. There's a lot along with those that were 'lost in the post' obviously.

The thing is, with 'only' 10 grands worth of entries it's not that surprising that I've not won anything.

Dream Car Giveaways are currently down for a few days so just spent a few on Aspire. I really need to stop this, the wife would go nuts if she knew... until I win of course biggrin

If you follow DCG on Instagram, they've posted some teasers of what's coming soon.

Surely they can't be giving one of these away....

Either way it gives you an idea of how much cash is floating around the company, should you ever feel guilty about hitting them with a bunch of postal entries!

If you don't mind me asking, how much have you won from £15k of free entries?

As mentioned above that is definitely FearnSport's F40LM, it was sat at Caffeine and Machine for a while - probably the coolest car I've seen in person.

Somehow I don't think any of these raffle companies would be doing a £5m+ car, imagine the number of tickets/entry cost haha!

Anyone had multiple postals accepted at LLF? New competition launched so tempted to give it a go....

Absolutely nothing! Loads of ultra low odds comps (cars, PS5s, TVs etc) mixed in with the usual 5-15k ticket cars.

I wonder if Christmas post is starting to bite this week, nothing processed for Rev Comps, Aspire, Redline or 7 Days this week so far.

Makes me feel better about getting nothing thumbup - the odd single entry really isn't anything more than a nice dream for a few days/week

I've had 7days processed this week but it might depend on where the posts getting handled I suppose.

I've also done tons of postals and got bugger all yet.

That's what I enjoy about it. In any given week I'm in the draw for a couple of nice camper vans and 5 or 6 interesting cars that I'd never be able to buy myself. You do only need one ticket to win it, and this is as cheap and as low effort as it's possible to be in with that chance.

Technically I'd have been better off saving the hundreds spent on stamps over the past 18+ months and throwing that at one draw, but where is the fun in that (and where would you draw the line)?

Or £15k invested well would have given a decent enough return to buy something like a 997/Exige/GTR/Vantage etc?!

Seems nuts to me but hey ho.

Whereas £15k of ‘free’ entries probably cost about a grand in stamps.

Which would probably get you a 20 year old Focus…
