Is he wanting to be the UK version of Jay Leno's Garage
Or is he looking ultimatley to make this a income generating channel?
Maybe he got this years subs of Youtube now they no longer back Drive

Just realised with how he held the camera for the intro, that it reminded me of an older version of Shmee lol

How long is it since he left evo? Maybe a contract clause has finished now. Great to see though as Harry is so enthusiastic, in a very different way to Chris.

Harry's looks great. Really like the imperfect side to it. Not shot with loads of high tech gear and jazzy filters, all about the man and the car. I wonder if, as part of his job at JLR, if he's allowed to do pieces on rival manufacturers' cars?

What an amazing car collection he has as well. So much cooler than the bright Aventadors etc that are driven around London during the summer months!

YouTube announce another round of original content funding, such as enabled drive a couple of years ago:

I would imagine Drive has proved itself too niche and too costly to produce to justify any more Google dollars, even before the recent omnishambles surrounding subs and international access to Drive+

I wouldn't be surprised if this is just a stalling tactic and there are some big issues going on behind the scenes.

Maybe you have seen it on Drive+ but after Singapore Qually on NBC Sports Network (USA) they had an absolutely boring 30min with ads show on driving through South Africa and then a bit on Panama. Almost like watching paint dry. The potential is there to be a great show and the audience after an F1 Qualifying and Race must be big. They have to be there best right now at these new formats and stop dropping the ball.
