A pair of cow horns on the front, badda bing Dukes of H! Good drills 0a! You'll be up to a handful of cars before you know it.
Similarly, I'm about to endure an enforced sale due to imminent domestic circumstances, yet feel compelled to arrange additional viewings of something else that's caught my eye. It's an addiction!

Lovely, but isn't that a little strong money for a non-'S' version? Maybe that's what they are going for now.Given these cars' reputations for sill rust, I'd be very wary about buying one that's spent significant amounts of time in Scotland.

Really nice S2's are £12k+ (bar the odd bargain that gets snapped up quickly), so it's probably not that much over the top. It's another car I should've bought a year or so ago!Given these cars' reputations for sill rust, I'd be very wary about buying one that's spent significant amounts of time in Scotland.
For those summer days when you only need to get the nearest country pub and back....

There aren't really any of these in budget, but this is as close as it gets. Plus import duties etc.

There's something questionable about that - you'd want to give it a very good inspection and check out the history very carefully before considering it.
I suspect it was a US car, imported into the UK and converted to RHD. Not convinced it's a 1975, but I can't remember which year changed the tail lights from rectangular to trapezoid.
(I'm talking about the Fiat 124 Spider)

I think Mrs IG would be quite up for this, we nearly bought a blue 124 spider from http://www.dtrsports.com about 10 years ago before we eventually went for our Merc 107. Ferry to Sicily, then drive back through Italy would be a lovely trip! £9500 - 1975 FIAT 124 SPYDER
