Your favourite car from the year you were born in...

Okay, So the NSX was technically released in late 1990, but I am a '91.

Needs no introduction IMO and prices have now rocketed out of my reach so I can't see me ever owning my ideal car unfortunately. They were rock bottom when I was about 17-18 years old, Could have had an auto from 11-12k and manual from 13k.



A more down to earth choice for me is the Honda Civic EG6, manufactured from 1991-1995.

LSD (On SiR models), 1.6 160bhp, 8.2k RPM, Double wishbone suspension F+R, Discs F+R a well equipped and affordable car from that era. I know looks are subjective but I think Honda got the hatchback shape spot on with this model.

I guess you can tell I'm a Honda fan-boy.

The Countach would be the obvious choice for 1974 but I've gone for the Alfetta GT Coupe. It was the car that started a still going love affair with Italian cars both for myself and my father.
