I had a half serious look at both the Veloce and the Stelvio at the festival of speed.

The Giulia Veloce looked stunning in the Missono Blue sat inside and the quality and feel looked up to scratch .

Recent dog purchase means we need a decent boot. Obviously the Stelvio was better in this respect .The wife preferred the Stelvio driving position butt I have never had a SUV and don't really want to start now .Are there any confirmed dates for the wagon? Also looked at the Jaguar Sportbrake and that looked a nice bit of kit obviously in a bracket size above.

There is no Giulia wagon. Plans were cancelled. That's the official line - the Stelvio is what you get instead.

I suspect that that may be reviewed and revised in time, but only once (if?) sales are good, and not any time soon. If Jaguar can sustain one then a successful Alfa probably can too.
