Why a golf and MX5 when can you have anything. I think you need to set your aspirations higher!
Both iconic cars in motoring history, both fly "under the radar" which appeals to me. I'd like to be let out of a side road from time to time.

The MX5 will provide a lot of fun at legal speed. The Golf GTE would get me from work and back on its electric range alone, which would save me petrol money that I could use on the Porsche.

None of them are brand new...
They still sell the exige so it would be brand new, i would get a new m240 so it would be brand new, Singer are registered as a manufacturer so it would be brand new.

All fixed but thanks for the heads up!

My bad, nice to be corrected in a nice manner. I take back my reply from earlier

Porsche 911 turbo cabriolet - for a daily driver.
BMW 340 estate - for skip runs and UK holidays.
Caterham 620R - for fun.

£230,000 in total.

1. Williams Singer Porsche 911 (for those special occasions and road trips)
2. BMW M2 CS (debadged - daily)
3. Aston Martin DBS Superleggera

This list would be different if it included old cars tho.

1. David Lee’s Dino Monza 3.6 EVO
2. 981 GT4
3. F12 TDF

Two of them are basically just better versions of what I have now:

Tesla Model S Plaid+
Ford F-150 Raptor
Third one more difficult - not really into supercars, but probably a McLaren 765LT.

I'd take a manual Cayman GT4, manual BMW M2CS and manual GT Mustang Coupe if I had to buy new!

But I'd much rather be able to choose from Ferrari 288 GTOs, F40s and McLaren F1s when flappy-paddles weren't even an option. banghead

I would prefer not new but as the thread says new: -

Pagani Hauyra Roadster (weekend toy)
Lamborghini Urus (in a dark, non-shouty colour as the daily)
Alpina B5 Touring (alternative daily and road trip car)

Lamborghini Urus , have to be my supercar . I’ve seen how ridiculous Clarkson looks getting in and out of supercars. As I’m of similar age and build, I’d rather not look like that.
Tesla Model X
Impreza 22B

Sorry, last one not new.
Maybe a Ford F-150 Raptor with a V8 not the stupid 2 litre TD we get here.

As it’s an imaginary scenario, time isn’t a factor so... An Auburn Boat-tailed Speedster, a Metro 6r4 and a Saab 900 turbo with 9000 aero seats please. That shouldn’t be too hard or expensive to arrange should it? Anyone who chooses a BMW of any description should be automatically excluded from commenting. biggrin

I have 2 BMWs just now, but didn't select one for this.

Surely anyone who picks a BL product and a Saab when money is no object needs to have a serious rethink? eeklaugh
