That Mini has no MOT.

Would be a shame if someone was to report it... https://www.gov.uk/report-no-mot

True, but we don't know how old the photo is.

Does that change the MOT status!

The dubious reasoning is that businesses have a legal requirement to make reasonable adjustments for those with disabilities and someone might have a disability that requires them to use a disabled space but their disability doesn't entitle them to a blue badge.

It seems to be a routine piece of advice given out on a certain 'money saving' website to those caught parking in a disabled space without displaying a blue badge.
I'm not sure what circumstances would fit that, especially as the entitlement conditions for a BB have been broadened. AS you say, dubious.
There is a sort of logic there. Depending on where in the country you are, it can take an age to get a blue badge, so I suppose the disabled person awaiting a badge would have a fair case.

That indeed looks like a bollard. And how do you go down what looks like 7 meters of stairs before stopping?

What I was trying to say was that if the photo was taken a couple of weeks ago, then it isn't showing the Mini on the road with an expired MOT, which was what I took to be the point of the original comment. If I recall correctly it ran out on November 6th, and the picture may pre-date that.

Because those in the factory car park at work, I sent the same picture to the Safety manager. And one showing the reg. Which I didn't post here due to GDPR.

If the person who owns it is on here, leave now.

OK the wide angle mobile phone photo on this one doesn’t do it justice, but it’s infuriating nonetheless. We live in a cul-de-sac of 5 houses, all of which have private garages and driveways. There is really only one possible place where you can park and cause an obstruction for all 5 properties. This old dear insists on finding it every time she visits. We have lived here for 18 years and I have never seen anyone else park there before. She’s not even visiting the house she parks in front of. In fact the old lady who does live in that house is out in her car right now and she’s really going to struggle to park in her own driveway now that it has gone dark.

I have previously asked the driver politely to her face not to park there, but she just can’t stop herself. There is ample free on-road parking all around, but she has to stick her f**king s**tbox there for hours on end every time. Why?

My dad sent me this, was just near his house.
He went and asked the driver to move, he was taking his break there!

Pursue his employer for the cost of professionally reinstating the verge, while has dug trenches in?

Would be worth sending to the employer if the reg plate was in view.

Just park right up her chuff and leave your car there for a day or two/over the weekend.

And do it every time she parks there.

Absolutely no hope for some, a driver gave the finger when he got a parking ticket in Birmingham for parking on the pavement, close to a car park as well.

The police said there were nine tickets in the post for the same motorists for the same offence.

I guess some are just born stupid.
