I'd rather they were just open about it instead of pretending that someone, somewhere is telling them not to say stty things.

If you're gonna be racist then be racist, don't hide behind wording as if the PC hammer is gonna come at you. People will rightly judge them for being a tt instead of saying 'oooh you can't say that'.
Yep. Alot of car envy from people who wont ever get close to sniffing one of these type of cars
Have done and it was fun for a time.

I didn't get one by getting fat and rich off the back of Daddy's hard work though.

Yes, it does.

What the people who complain about "PC gawn mad!" don't like is that it goes both ways. They're free to express their bigotry, and others are equally free to call them on it.

The point at which "free speech" ceases to be free is the point at which the laws over incitement to racial hatred kick in. And I'm sure you're not arguing that you should be free to breach those, are you?
Idiot.

It's posts like yours that sum up the issues facing everyone with the slightest ounce of common sense left.
Well done on being the cause rather than the solution to social and racial integration.
If you keep shouting loud enough then everyone else will be bullied into stopping the straight talking that's needed to resolve a vast majority of social problems we all face.
Well done on a text book liberally hypoctritical response, true societal cancer, the source of which is of no surprise,a prominent forum clown..............

Not necessarily the case here as it’s a coming together. But how do these kinds of accidents happen you read fairly often about sports/super cars drivers or usually renters losing control and binning it? I have driven all kinds of powerful stuff and have access to a Ferrari f430. All of the modern stuff is incredibly forgiving with great breaks plus mountains of grip. Unless you turn off all the computers going for the full Ken block attempt just don’t get how you lose control without being a complete moron!!

Pure fantasy.

The moral mob shouts down anything they don't like, and it is they that set the parameters for that long before any concept of law gets a look in.

Mob censorship is the reality.

Who was driving anyway? Carl or Mohammed?

The only mob I see isn't what you claim it is.

You see what you want to see, whilst at the same time accusing others that don't share your thinking of doing the same.

What a conundrum.

Luckily no-one innocent was injured or killed in this. It could've easily been so much worse than just twisted metal.
Obviously something is off for a driver to leave the scene of an RTC; whether this be driving under the influence (alcohol or drugs) or driving without correct documentation. Either way the law has been broken.

Hopefully the driver (s) are located very soon and dealt with accordingly.

I wonder if they were rented?

I also wonder, given the lack of ethnic diversity of the crowd. And the curry on the car; for some reason.

If the cars were rented and being driven badly in conjunction with some kind of religious festival.

Or are we not allowed to point out the obvious from the pictures anymore?

Why so aggressive TR?

It seems like a reasonable assumption to me.

The reporting was that they were hired for a local wedding, unless this all happened afterwards. There has to be some Tom foolery at play otherwise why leg-it from the accident?
I'm sure that's a lie as it's unlikely there will be a wedding during ramadan as you can't serve food.

I’m also guessing that a round of golf doesn’t form a traditional part of one’s iftar ?

Your freedom of speech is very thoroughly protected in this country and beyond, and has been for nearly 70 years...

Some bit of random legislation said:
ARTICLE 10
Freedom of expression
1. Everyone has the right to freedom of expression. This right shall include freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority and regardless of frontiers. This Article shall not prevent States from requiring the licensing of broadcasting, television or cinema enterprises.
2. The exercise of these freedoms, since it carries with it duties and responsibilities, may be subject to such formalities, conditions, restrictions or penalties as are prescribed by law and are necessary in a democratic society, in the interests of national security, territorial integrity or public safety, for the prevention of disorder or crime, for the protection of health or morals, for the protection of the reputation or rights of others, for preventing the disclosure of information received in confidence, or for maintaining the authority and impartiality of the judiciary.
If you're saying "Well, I can't say it because other people don't like me saying it and tell me not to say it", then aren't you attempting to deny them their freedom of speech...?

The morality mob don't care about article 10.

They will be running to the moderators and banging the 'report' button as if going for the high score on 'Track and Field' long before that.

I've been censored on this site enough times, for posts so innocuous it is almost laughable, to know how it goes.
It's like a kangaroo court.

I was barred from NP and E long ago for expressing views that were not left wing enough. It seems we only have one acceptable point of view these days as anything to the right of centre
Will have you labelled as a nazi/racist/facist, especially if you have have negative views about a certain religion.
As far as I can tell, fascism is alive and well, but it is not a 'right wing' phenomenon.
