Something vaguely interesting from mine. Merge in turn obviously doesn't apply to Mr Focus

I agree.
It's unacceptable that it stopped the driver from proceeding any further, and they had to reverse off of it.
If a child was there the exploding bollard pieces would have struck the child causing serious injury. The bollard itself did little to stop the car, the driver braked. It's unacceptable that it stopped the driver from proceeding any further, and they had to reverse off of it.

So its deluded for a truck that can do 56 having to sit behind someone doing 45 yet its totally acceptable for a car that can do 70 to have to sit behind someone doing 56?
For a minute max, absolutely, not hundreds of miles. Stop being impatient, no one cares if you're 1 minute late to your destination stuck behind a lorry, business care if their delivery is an hour late on the other hand. Also when the tables are turned many HGV drivers tailgate car drivers. It's one of the most stressful and dangerous things about roadworks with 50mph limits and average speed cameras and any stretch of road with heavy traffic going slower than maximum HGV pace.

Cammer or 4x4??Limpet said:
Based on the footage in the video, I don't see the cammer doing anything wrong. Jeep driver is a total bellend for the dangerous manoeuvre, and a weapons grade moron for stopping his car and blocking the outside lane of a dual carriageway to discuss it.
you missed the bit DCW speeds up to shut off the undertake. i always stay in the inside lane, if people want to go faster then they can. if people can't deal with merging traffic from a slip road at 40mph then they should hand in their licence.

Road rage in Chicago. What gets me is how out of control the Nissan SUV is after 1:50. Previous to 1:50 they're simply pacing back and and forth, seemingly unable to either a) escape or b) do a quick 3-point turn. Then after 1:50 they accelerate into a Crown Vic. Then reverse back down the street into a parked car. Then accelerate again, swipe the original taxi and then crash into a Cadillac, before eventually fleeing the scene. How can somebody be so appalling at driving? All I can imagine is they're mashing the throttle, slamming it from D to R and back to D, without bothering with the concept of steering, or looking outside the vehicle.
The whole situation is made worse by the onlookers slowing down to watch, effectively rubbernecking and blocking the SUV in further.
I think the background story goes something along the lines of the Nissan rear ended the taxi, failed to stop, taxi driver took matters into his own hands. So both parties to blame but the sheer lack of vehicle control by the Nissan, bloody hell no wonder they rear ended the taxi.

If you ignore the occupants of the silver Peugeot, the actions of the blue car are quite comical.
Edit: Biker's Nemesis beat me to it
