Here's an email address thanks to DefCon5 on the SP&L thread.

If we forward the eBay listing details to these guys when we post them here (copy and paste the whole page in case eBay remove the listing before they get chance to see it) hopefully the long arm can reach these muppets.
Good work Sir.vehiclefraud@avcis.pnn.police.uk

£511 and 16 bidders. FJJ 24L doesn't exist on the DVLA database, it's the old type of V5 registration doccument and there are no VIN plates mentioned.
I think you may have found a fake ringing kit with this one.
Got this one yet LK?

if you would prefer you can leave the shell for me to scrap and send the logbook, reg plates, vin numbers and history ect on its own. This should not be used to clone a vehicle but i accept no responsability for what is done with the items after they have been sold.

If he can make £500+ on a piece of paper for car that doesn't exist, and its identity can never be transferred to another car, then good for him Edited by Liquid Knight on Monday 17th October 10:40

For every listing found, I'm emailing the AVCIS with the link, listing text and eBay user ID.
I'm also messaging the eBay lister the following message.
"It is illegal to sell a V5C document without it's corresponding vehicle, as it remains property of the DVLA.
Therefore, this listing has the attention of the ACPO Vehicle Crime Intelligence Service. http://avcis.police.uk/"

He's offering the ringing kit as an option. The shell itself looks rescueable.
When they offer to sell the papers without the shell, try reporting them for fee evasion too (option for "choice of items" or "additional purchase offered or required" ). ebay may react faster it they think they're losing money.marshalla said:
