I'm guessing it's not quite in my 6 bag budget.

Actually, it would have to be £5700- would need to budget £300 to repaint those god-awful red wheels.

Many monies. Probably circa £50-70k.

Anyhoo, I still fancy a MK1 MX5. Such a pure lil' drivers car.

Turbo S has always commanded a premium but yes, 944 values have certainly rocketed.

You had (have) an S2 don't you?

I was just going to say that you could get a 944 Turbo for £6k, but it seems you can't as the world has gone mad and the things have suddenly doubled/tripled their asking money:

I'd even suggest that R129 500s are on the rise...

Probably makes the DKR Boxster that Moose posted look even better value.

Anyone seen this yet?

I'd rather have this than a Maybach.

Hmm. I'm considering a very late S2 or a Turbo as a daily. Going to start looking in a few weeks so can sort it for spring/summer.

All day long.

A pal has been trying to sell an early silver 1.7 on turbines on PH. It's a pampered 40k miler, 100% original and truly immaculate. Had it on PH for a couple of bags, would have taken £1700, but wore tired of comedians offering £500, so he's tucked it away for a rainy day.

Could be a wise move.

Ford Granada 2.8i Ghia X Estate 1983 http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C577457

We are led to believe the car was commissioned by the Royal Family from Ford and was sent to Aston Martin (Tickford) to be painted in Aston Martin Balmoral Green (hence all the Aston Martin emblems)and trimmed at their trimming shop in dark green Italian leather with red piping. As can be seen the leather work is of an exceptional standard with tailor made floor mats have sheepskin inlay, a special request by the Queen for her Corgis!!!!The green Wilton carpet is in perfect condition and bound with red piping throughout the car.
