This was my (slightly Francesinha inspired) cheese toast breakfast yesterday.






P.s; Yes, there is a piece of bread under the cheese.

My cheese on toast always has lots of chilli flakes sprinkled on top

It's a bit like driving an old 911 turbo in the wet

As you never know when the rear end will let go...

I like my cheese on toast like a barn-find 911. Bubbling slightly on top, and brown and crispy underneath.

Nonsense I grew up with cheese on toast for breakfast...…. that was after I'd moved out of the Paddington Bear phase of marmalade sandwiches for breakfast. I'm now far more mature & don't bother with anything.
Nothing wrong with either of those suggestions for cheese based brekkie but may I offer, simply to enhance the cheese on toast idea, cheese ON BEANS on toast....

PS. As a Cayman 987.2 owner I can attest to the fact that it costs, to buy secondhand in good condition, far less than a new family saloon. It does not feel like poverty pork, however, when the tyres need renewing or parts need replacing. I love it more than I could love a base 911 though. Many will agree that it is amongst the best cars in the Porsche range (from a drivers perspective that is).

I bought cheese slices for the road trip home from Italy .
It was so hot at the end of the first day it was no longer slice shaped.
I still ate it.
Didn't kill me.

I've just ordered some brand new poverty spec cheese on Towcester from a Porsche dealer near Silverstone. Am I doing this right...? hehe

This thread deviation would never happen on the Porsche forum. Keep it up the good work, everyone!

I like mine with Bovril spread first on the toast with a sprinkling of paprika added to the cheese.
