I love these. Wasn't Legnum the JDM name for what we knew as the Sigma?
Not sure what names they sold with in the UK, but here in NZ there was a Sigma in the 80s-early 90s that I think was a size up from the Galant, and was superceded by the wobbly barge that was the Magna/Diamante.

Chevrolet Orlando.

Followed one of these yesterday, and if it hadn't been for the odd central reversing/fog light which caught my attention (sad I know) I'd have ignored it as just another bland box for carrying sprogs around in.

I thought "How did you not know about the Mini Clubman?" Then I read the name you typed and it turns out I didn't know these existed either.

It was coachbuilt by Pietro Frua in 1966 off a 230SL.

I just discovered today that Citroen made a 4x4 AX, apparently for LHD markets only so not sold in the UK.

They are placed in various ski resorts for car geeks to spot on Holiday along with original Panda 4x4's.

I've actually seen a couple of these in the last few years, both times having forgotten they existed. Must have sold in tiny numbers; I think they were really expensive. I give you the Lexus IS250C:

They've managed to make it look awful with the roof both up AND down.
Hideously unappealing, isn't it?

I sometimes feel that Lexus doesn't even want people to want its cars.
IIRC they only sold it as a 2.5 petrol auto at a time when no-one wanted anything petrol in the premium car market. Looks didn't help but a diesel engine would have.

I had a new IS200 in 2002 and I'd say its the only Lexus I would consider to be nicely styled. Barring and LFA I don't think I have ever wanted any Lexus.

I feel so late to the party finding out about this car in 2016. My mate was talking about the spyder version of it and had to correct him with 'Ferrari' not 'LaFerrari'.

Oh boy, I dun goofed.

I knew dacias were sold elsewhere under the Renault badge but never knew they made a 2.0l RS sandero.
I'd certainly like that engine slotted into my 900cc stepway!

I have to say, I wondered of enzof12 was being serious with his post.

That is very cool! Looks a bit like a more grown up version of the previous RenaultSport Twingo
