Tims audience doesn't care about a $10m Ferrari whether we like it or not.
Which begs the question, why did The Vault grant Shmee the unique privilege of filming?

I am interested to know if you are proud of the work you do and whether you see this as something you can do for life? Does it not get tiring having to keep up the fake persona? If Youtube was to disappear do you think you would still have a career?

I think I would struggle with the instability and unknowns of being a Youtuber
After 10 years 'in the job', I guess in a way it becomes like anything else. Fortunately, in this case there are countless exciting moments that far outweigh the traditional and mundane elements of it. To keep things exciting for me, my pace of uploads slowed down recently as I got involved in a number of different businesses behind the scenes which will be launching in the coming months.

That partly answers your last question, but equally I don't think that I ever stand in front of something boring and put on a fake persona that it's the best thing in the world; when you go from hypercar to hypercar, you have to remember how special these things are and to be honest it is still exciting.

So there's a chance when Shmee is off camera he gets home and shouts "Oi Puppi, stick the flippin' dinner on, I'm starvin'!" lights a rollup and flops on the sofa like Wayne Slob.

‘but the opportunity to bring you in with a camera is pretty unique’
‘normally it is impossible to bring in a camera and share what lies within’

Hmmm, unique and impossible? Okay Tim.

edit: Supercar Blondie showing more reverence: https://youtu.be/uT2wDvBziVA?t=433

Does that mean Blondie’s audience is more PH / less flea brained than Shmee’s?

Considering all the flack she gets in here...

I appreciate you responding, if you are enjoying it then crack on. I would also imagine that you have enough assets now, that should youtube go away or slowdown you have something to fall back on to create something else (as well as your other streams of income). Even if your content is not for me, I can appreciate what you have built. Fair play and good luck.

I don't think the horse's post is designed to white knight supercar blondie but he has stumbled on a good point - the st she gets in general could be avoided by just not watching. That's not how PH works though; be it Wheeler Dealers, Shmee, Supercar Blondie or Top Gear, people will watch just to get irate and post - there can be no other reason.

The Shmee bashing on here is so utterly pathetic. I can see why some wouldn't watch his content but go and watch MoVlogs or Morgz or thousands of other YouTubers if you really want horrendously bad and inane content.

It amazes me sometimes that Tim is still willing to take the time to reply to people who make such idiotic and poorly considered posts, often with oddly childish personal attacks and silly nicknames thrown in for good measure or to try and get a rise from him.

Glad he does post though as his insights into how YouTube works etc are genuinely interesting and detailed and far more than any other YouTuber has ever contributed to this thread. I watch a very limited number of his videos but read all of his posts on here with interest as they provide a very different view on the YouTube world.

Completely agree. Although Tim will get the last laugh I guess, these people who watch yet do nothing but complain are still counting towards his video views.

The bashing of Shmee (and others on here) is totally baseless though, so unless he goes on an expletive-littered tirade accusing people of being 'pedo guys' then he can enjoy the high ground.

The complainers are the same types who watch various TV content then ring Ofcom and tell them how offended they were, every week.

On a related note, Horsey McHorseface hasn't promoted that inane drivel from MVlogs and his weird creepy incestous relationship with his sister for a while. Perhaps he's too busy stting on Shmee whilst also paying for Shmee's cars?
What? How am I stting on Shmee, let alone paying for his cars?

Lol he totally put you in you’re place and your only reply was simply just to kiss his ass (I love Shmee by the way)

George Williams is absolutely killing it in his latest video.

https://youtu.be/9zWDX1eH6zQ

Doing the photo shoots for the new Czinger Hypercar that’s been all over the news channels this week.

Looking very cool and relaxed in front of the camera, very irritating hehe

He's doing good, fair play. Nice to see the story behind the pictures.

Also a big fan of that komotec 460 Exige!

I’d strongly disagree, this one will be around a while. Knowing who is behind it, it’s a proper bit of kit not just vapourware like the ones you mentioned.
