If it's a P1 it's been Mansory'd (or any other tasteless tuning company) to death.

Well I never no wonder it was getting some attention.

This has a small Prodrive sticker on the front bumper.

Could it be an ex race car ?

Did Prodrive ,or whoever owned them ,sell off these cars when finished with them ?
It is a 550 LM - I forgot who built it (not pro drive though in the end), but it is based on the road car lightened by c 200-300kg with carbon body parts, lighter seats etc. conversion cost about 90k sterling at time - wish I could have afforded one, this is among my favorite cars

Evo did an article on it back in the day
Prodrive did indeed build a series of these cars https://www.prodrive.com/heritage?lightbox=i1188c

No front plate, parked across two bays, in a restricted space (you can just see the yellow sign on the post), ticket duly issued (under drivers side wiper) and expensive diamond cut alloy crunched into the kerb.... the charge sheet is long on this one.

Continually amazed that people on this site don't know what a McLaren looks like.

The Apollo thing looks fk all like a P1.

You didn't know what a Ferrari was before you learned. Everyone starts somewhere, don't be such a tt.

Continually amazed? Surely you stop being amazed once you become aware of it. rolleyes

And knowing what a McLaren looks like doesn't mean you can automatically identify all the other cars in the world.

Not knowing what it is is fair play

Thinking it looks like a P1 is questionable

if there are other PHers like me... i think the whole bespoilered wingy flappy mean-looking datacentre on wheels £4M designed for Instagram Arab specials leave me a bit cold. My car enthusiasm doesn't stretch quite that far. I wouldn't be able to tell between one or the other. So it doesn't really surprise me that someone mixed up a P1 for whatever the other thing was.

How do they get away with all the pointy, pedestrian-stabbing/slicing bits of crap protruding from it?

I thought from the first pic of that thing ,it was a Ferrari......tumbleweed

The pic wasn't the best with a person obscuring the front of it.
