"Oh god, sorry lads, can we do another take, i forgot to put the SD card in the camera"I think the purple Agera looks amazing - I wouldn't have the gold interior, but the outside looks very nice from those pictures on the thread. A brighter version of the CC8S which was the first 'Segg I saw, which looked good. I like 'Seggs, a Zonda would be first choice, and maybe now a M600, but it certainly would be up there if I had the money. But it is better not to be too defensive Tom - you have some good points but the agressive style isn't the best way to make them.
I'd love to know enough to work out the actual benefit or effect of the aeroflaps on Huayra. Is there a slight advantage (lap time?) or is it all completely useless. I don't have enough knowledge in this area, but it would be interesting to know what different simulations etc show. Oh, and as an aside, they did have quite a few mules out testing, AMG had what was effectively their own mule during development. The earlier car didn't have the flaps, but later ones did. Don't remember ever hearing anything about moving flaps when testing (but there wasn't too many pictures so it could well be they were never seen). Anyway, enough about Pagani even though I love them, it was just after we got discussing the flaps which is interesting!

I just purchased the latest evo and read the Koenigsegg article. For some reason the car does nothing for me. I don't think Harry communicated anything particularly interesting about it. Perhaps it is the relentless chasing of "the world's fastest" that for me ended and is now closed by the Veyron - big accessible speed (if you have the money), something that was only ever of passing interest and has now been done in my mind, no matter what extra bhp/tonne you give a supercar.
Perhaps I have been brainwashed by other well established supercar brands. However, by contrast I really enjoyed the article on the Venom GT - now that is something to aspire to and clearly made an impact on the writer.
And why allow a road test of a car that looks like it is suitable for the "horrors in the PH classified" thread, not a good idea if you want to build a quality brand.
I enjoyed the latest evo though, so thankyou for reminding me to buy it. The Z4M vs Tuscan article was highly enjoyable. If only Top Gear did a "coupe for £15k" challenge. We miss you TVR!

My apologies if it has been mentioned but there is great insight into the company on the YouTube channel called Drive Central. Well worth a look of you like the brand.
I watched all 7 episodes last night - They were very interesting and the amount of 'in-house' design and engineering is staggering. I have an even higher opinion of the company now!!As i posted very earlyy in this thread:

OP - Have a telephone conversation with Peter Saywell.
He's had 3 (I think) and may even still have two in his stable. Including an Agera R in the same colour scheme as his 'Peter Saywell' edition Zonda.
I think that says alot about the cars, when you consider what he can have and has had. He's had 3 (I think) and may even still have two in his stable. Including an Agera R in the same colour scheme as his 'Peter Saywell' edition Zonda.

Teaser for upcoming Geneva showcar in my favourite colourcombination!:
Those lines match the side of the One:1. "1-100-10" is perhaps one Hundra One:1 in gold/carbon and nine "regular" One:1?And it looks like Koenigsegg and Lotus are borrowing design cues from each other.
