I've trimmed your comment a little as while the apology is welcomed, we'd rather you announced details to the Evo winners through the email database you obviously have. Direct contact would be best to avoid this becoming the public platform for the matter.
I've also taken away the image and some other info as we don't allow promotions on the forums.
Appreciate the clarification however, thank you for that.

Edo you are certainly a trouble maker ! Because you have seen a different m3 in an old picture does that mean that's the one your driving ?
No one at Supercar is saying you will be driving for 4/5 hrs that would dangerous the day last 5 hrs 4 of which is tuition which comprises of driving observation and theory I can tell you no little to nothing about Motorsport or you would understand this
The 199 is insurance and passes for Mira which lasts for 12 mth this is mandatory at Mira for tuition /high speed training / wet grip surfaces but not for normal Supercar driving experiences
Supercar have apologised for the way the competition was run it wasn't ment to deceive anybody but to give people a chance to have race tuition at a leading venue by first class instructors
On this occasion Supercar got their marketing wrong and they apologised this doesn't make Supercar a bad company their staff work extremely hard to give people a good experience
But edo your like a dog with a bone Stirling things up even when the forum is quiet you keep having a go !
So in short ,,,, on this occasion Supercar got it wrong , in general there a good company with lots of happy customers .
So edo let's leave it at that ......
I don't accept that - there's ever evidence that the intention was precisely to deceive not to mention unauthorized use of personal data. I wonder whether trading standards would have a view on this. I do not work for Supercar lifestyle !!! I own tvr body shop and take car of there cars !! All Supercar have done is offered all entrants a chance of a days tuition as long as you pay for the insurance , I think the prize should have been quoted different yes , but your calling them for giving something away !! How terribly British , I've had tuition off Ian Ashley and its incredible
Would you like to reconsider the above statement? According the company accounts of Supercar Lifestyle Ltd, one of the directors is a 'MR STEVEN LEWIS MCCRAE' and this person is also has 50% ownership of the company along with Matthew Wilkins who owns the remaining 50%. RobS77 said:

Update:
Firstly, I'd like to personally apologise to all those caught up in this. I realise this has reflected badly on evo but I can assure you we are investigating this matter. The trouble is, this is taking longer than expected..
The main issue is this problem has been caused by an email sent out by a third party without my knowledge and this is the process currently under review, as are all other third party relationships with evo, the aim being we won't find ourselves in this position again.

I hope the chancers involved realise just how quickly PH threads rise up search engine rankings! This one will run for a long-time yet.
Tosspottery of the highest order - you just can't "market" to people like this. It's not right, and it's not legal.
The only way this could look scammier is if you packaged it up in a tin can with "SCAM" written on the side, and stuck it on a shelf in Tesco's "Scam" aisle.
Good job![wink](/inc/images/wink.gif)

Web Address - www.supercarlifestyle.co.uk So if you have a Sag, T350, Tamora, Cebera, or Tuscan take a look.
To be honest the web site is really all about the major side of John's business but he is a real TVR fan and it appears that he would be only to pleased to hear from anyone who needs servicing or indeed upgrade. The Sag he has is yellow and boasts a 4.5 engine.Cheers
