Chris944, Thank you for that link... some amazing stuff on there...
I genuinely did not know of this Alfa... or that unusual paint; formaggio fuso
Alfa Romeo 1600 Junior Zagato

I think one of those was for sale around Lincoln about three years ago. I seem to remember the back window can be opened to provide primitive air-con.I genuinely did not know of this Alfa... or that unusual paint; formaggio fuso

They also did an Elektro version of the S123 a decade earlier. Battery packaging has come a long way - think of the weight, heat generation and recharge time....![](https://cdn.motor1.com/images/mgl/WGgG3/s1/2013-435884-mercedes-c-class-190-e-electric-prototype-13-12-20131.jpg)

New one for me while browsing cars in Japan as usual, the March (Micra) 12SR. Been browsings Swift Sports and Ignis Sports and spotted this.
We got the 160SR but in Japan they got the 12SR with CR12DE with ported head and the same power as the 1.6 we got. Its a pretty light thing too at around 900kg
Seemed to have a few other bits including upgraded brakes and suspension
Dont know why but there is a bit of me that really likes it, cheap and available in Japan it seems too, hah

I bet that is brilliant fun. My mate had a 160SR back in the day and it was a great handling car. We got the 160SR but in Japan they got the 12SR with CR12DE with ported head and the same power as the 1.6 we got. Its a pretty light thing too at around 900kg

I knew of the car, the fact that the Italian’s painted it beige is what surprises me.
Beige? Melted cheese if you please! Not just any beige.. Cava Beige (hewn from stone!)..and/ or, most likely to revert to Hematite while you’re looking at it
