Are these Vloggers just a scam? SOL or Shmee etc? (Vol 2)

Not trying to bias one side or another, rather trying to spark debate (not hate) - Is what Archie and Tom exactly the same as many Top Gear episodes/ Challenges?
Every Top Gear episode is scripted and the guys are provided direction as to what is happening or going to happen. The presenters actions are mainly there own yes but May knows Clarkson is going to ram into his car when they pull up etc.
They never admit to it being scripted yet no one is pissed off?
If Archie and Tom were creating entertainment videos and not car videos would anyone care?

I expect that for as long as it gets a decent viewership, it will continue. The pranks (orchestrated or not) might get more and more daft, and a section of the audience will lap it up. Remember when Sam, Seb and Paul used to prank each other down in Monaco? Pretty harmless fun. The whole TGE/Archie saga was just all fake click baited organised bullst.
Said it before, but when Archie and Tom aren't acting the dick they can put out some pretty decent content. But then again, childish 'pranking' bullst is what gets the views.
A world away from Shmee, JWW and STG's current content, which I personally much prefer!

Yeah, because Motor1 had all their funding pulled so had to ditch all the talent they hired (Alex, Vicky Parrot etc). Just like Drivetribe. I can’t see LLF being able to carry on like that much longer. The Police MUST be looking into it surely.

He’s a kids TV presenter, yet is shown driving like a tool around a Basildon industrial estate on public roads. Add in the closing shots of his GT3 video where he’s broadside on the wrong side of the road with an approaching car and it can only be a matter of time.
