So it failed the MOT for these plates in 2018. So I guess legal plates were put on to pass. Then for last years MOT, it failed on them again! Got to be a little bit dense to not put the legal ones on pre MOT? Still tragic mind.

Correctly spaced though, so whatever you think of the Boss sh*t, it's valid.
Yeah, but it's a BO55 plate on a £200k car.
So what...??confused
What do you mean "so what"? It's intentional & it's C124PPY

Why?
We've sold BO55 plates to people with that as their surname, as well as their business name. Doesn't make it C124PPY imo unless it's not spaced correctly.

Exactly... and "Why" does it make any difference if it's on a £200K car..? It's has just as much legal entitlement as any other of the millions legally spaced plates...confused

I think the crappy element is wanting to announce that you’re “the boss”. It’s pretty chav.

I think he’s trying to say he’d rather eat a slug than to have to drive on a BO55 plate.smile

A ragoût de limaces served with a side of cold vomit sounds like a far more palatable option than being seen with a BO55 plate to me too... lick

Or if it has rounded-off '5's to make them look like letters. That's a bit tragic.

NY12EE J

Assuming that someone, in this day and age, has the name Nyree, it's still utter bilge.

"Oh, hi. This is my Aston-Martin. It has a BO55 plate on it. Funny, as it happens, totally coincidental, as it was registered in Birmingham. Anyway, any chance you could look after it for a week and drive it every day?"

"Sod off, you big poser, I wouldn't be seen dead in that, people might think I was the boss of someone and you're not the boss of me, now. See, copper, you'll never take me alive"

Absolutely. Even worse would be a 007 plate on an Aston, you can find someone else to look after it.
