Think that beats all the offers in mainland Europe. OPs example is a lower spec.

Is that forced finance, can't see any details in the offer. "5. Ford will contact you within 48 hours to discuss purchase and finance options"

For instance drivethedeal will do the most basic Focus for £11,774 +

"The quoted prices on all models (except Studio) include a £1,000 discount which is conditional upon you taking out finance arranged by the dealer. If you do not wish to take out this finance then you will need to add £1,000 to the prices that we quote online."

To be fair, I think the proportion of brand new cars on the road purchased outright in full with no finance is quite small.

Rip off Britain.....

The one in the French advert is the 85PS "Studio" version which retails at 13,999 in the UK, although you'll be unlikely to find one in most dealerships here, as the typical lowest spec will be the 105PS "Edge" for £2K more.

Most dealerships here seem to be offering a 2K discount on Focuses, so £11,999 would be a reasonable price to expect to pay - about the same as France then.
