As per most of the replies I am quite chilled about it all I think if he drops a couple of bottles of nice wine round as a gesture we will call it quits.

That's what I did after my elderly neighbour reversed into the side of my old Citroen Xantia mile crunchers! She was so upset I couldn't be bothered to say anything!

Just to close this thread.

Not bothered to chase it up just asked my cousin to pop round and thank him for owning up and luckily for him it was just a snotter with almost no value.
